All TSK Company software requires an IBM (R) computer (or compatible).  The minimum required Intel (R) Pentium (R) processor chip (or compatible) needed and minimum required Windows (R) version needed is stated with each particular TSK Company software product.

All software products made by TSK Company are protected by copyright of Timothy S. Klugh.  Timothy S. Klugh reserves all rights to these software products and all materials within.

As the purchaser, you are given license to have one copy of the purchased software product (for each purchase made by you.)  You may not have more than one copy of each purchased software product.  You may not alter, copy, reverse engineer, distributed, change, and/or reproduce the software product (and/or the materials within) in part or full in anyway (except within the permitted allowances mentioned in this documentation.)

For the software products stored in WinZIP® self-extracting files or ordinary Zip files, it is a recommended minimum requirement that you have Window 98® or higher installed as the operating system on your computer.

Furthermore, the software products are provided "AS IS".  TSK Company is not responsible for any damage the software products might cause to your computer hardware, computer software or anything else.

All characters in the fictional software products are fictitious.  Any similarities that the characters may have to any person living or dead are unintentional in the fictional software products.

As the purchasing customer or client of our customer/client web site services, you the customer or client are given permission to do with what you will with the web site(s) that you have purchased so long as you respect and act in accordance with the terms set forth in this legal documentation.  If your customer/client web site(s) contain written works, music-related works, visual art, or software products made by TSK Company, then you are also obligated to accept the legal terms for those products as stated in this legal documentation.

As the purchasing customer or client of our customer/client web site services, you only own copyright to those materials and/or code in the customer/client web site(s) that our legally yours.  You do not own the materials or code that are created and/or legally owned by TSK Company and/or other owners.

As the purchasing customer or client of our customer/client web site services, you are entitled to make one backup copy of each  customer/client web site(s) you have purchased onto a removable media storage such as floppy disk(s), compact disc(s), tape(s) and the like.  The customer/client web site(s) you have purchased and any other of our web sites and customer/client web sites may not be altered, copied, reverse engineered, distributed, or distributed onto a other web location(s) without the written authorization of Timothy S. Klugh.

Concerning Products and Services displayed and/or made available on TSK Company web sites (that are not customer/client web sites) that are not created and/or owned by TSK Company:
All products and services available from entities that are not part of the TSK Company that our displayed or made available on TSK Company web sites are provided to the visitors of these web sites with the understanding that the person(s) and/or company(s) that are offering these products or services will work honestly with their customers in providing the products or services that the customer(s) have requested.  TSK Company is not responsible for the products or services that are provided by entities that are not part of the TSK Company.  Also, TSK Company is not responsible for any damage that might directly or indirectly be caused to your computer hardware, computer software or anything else as a result of using the products or services that are provided by entities that are not part of the TSK Company.
